Staff Profile

Norah is a recent graduate of SFSU’s MPH program with a focus on community health education. She has several years’ experience working as a research assistant on a variety of public health projects focused on health equity, and in addition to her research work she has interned with SFDPH’s Equity and Community Engagement Team. In her role as Health Education Intern III, she will be responsible for creating a repository for existing health education materials, designing a proposal for a standardized intake and dissemination process for new health education material requests, and supporting the Equity Plan Workgroup. She is excited for the opportunity to work with the HPP team to meet community needs for culturally responsive health education resources.
