Keyana Hadley provides support and collaboration to County-Health’s Government Alliance on Racial Equity (GARE) workgroups and committees, the Racial Equity Action Plan (REAP), the Public Health, Policy & Planning Equity Plan, the Core Equity Team, and other activities that highlight and promote the county’s efforts to advance health equity. Keyana joined San Mateo County-Health in 2017 as a Social Worker III providing intensive case management for clients with complex needs in both the Enhanced Care Management and Partners for Independence AAS case management programs.  She is passionate about advocating for change in practices that have historically marginalized underrepresented and vulnerable populations.
