Kacie is the Public Health Equity Officer and Health Equity, Policy & Planning Program Manager. Her career in public service began in 2007, and throughout her journey, she has remained dedicated to designing systems that are responsive to the needs of community members, with a particular focus on creating effective pathways for historically excluded communities. Prior to joining Health Equity, Policy & Planning, Kacie’s roles have included service provision, project management, system redesign, and workforce development—all with the goal of making systems more accessible to marginalized populations. From the start of her career, Kacie recognized the importance of this work, and over time, her understanding and commitment have only deepened.
