The Community Equity Collaborative is organizing collaborative cohort-based early childhood education workforce development initiatives in North County that integrates online courses from Skyline College with community-based resources.  The teacher pipeline program was developed in 2018 after an assessment found a gap of 2,500 teachers by 2025. Incorporating a focus on equity, this workforce and career pathways program also serves as a care community offering wrap-around supports to address basic needs and support access for our highest need students.  Registration is open now for Fall 2020. For more information on enrollment, please click here or contact Dayna Chung with the Community Equity Collaborative at dayna@communityequitycollaborative.org.
