The City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG), working with a number of community partners, is in the process of updating Community Based Transportation Plans (CBTPs) for Daly City and Southeast San Mateo County.  The goal of these plans is to identify and improve transportation gaps that impact disadvantaged communities. CBTPs are based on engagement with residents of low-income neighborhoods and the community-based organizations that serve them. The completed CBTPs will include recommendations for improving local mobility, all of which will respond to community input. The recommendations will be prioritized with the assistance of a Steering Committee composed of volunteer stakeholders, city and transit agency staff, and transportation experts. community surveys are online, open until March 10th.
