You are invited to attend the Peninsula Family Services Symposium Against the Pre-School to Prison Pipeline. This event will discuss the trauma that punitive discipline can cause for young students and how it can impact their life course by directing students away from education. Speakers will highlight strategies to improve the preschool and school climate and discipline strategies to ensure students stay in school and succeed. 

The event will be held at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Community Space located at 801 Jefferson Ave in Redwood City on May 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Register for this free event.
