Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF) was recently selected to help lead the San Mateo Food System Alliance (SMFSA). The Alliance is a collaboration of community leaders working to improve all aspects of the local food system including local farms, workers, consumers and the environment. In partnership with the County’s Office of Sustainability, San Mateo County Health welcomes CAFF as the SMFSA works to advance an equitable food system as described in its Vision for a San Mateo County Food and Farm Bill.
