We are committed to evaluating the planning process in order to learn as we go and continually improve our work. The evaluation will examine how effective the community planning process is in engaging community, identifying barriers to success and developing strategies that address youth vulnerabilities.

San Francisco State’s Health Equity Institute will conduct evaluation throughout the community engagement process and help us improve as we conduct the project.
