MidPen’s Half Moon Village, an affordable housing community for seniors in Half Moon Bay has been selected as one of 25 finalists from around the world in the 39th annual Urban Land Institute’s Global Awards for Excellence competition. This senior community features a health center, a community center and social services so that adults could age in place. Finalists were selected based on the highest standard of excellence in innovative design, construction, economics, planning, and management.
