The Grand Boulevard Initiative (GBI) has released one chapter from its housing toolkit. “Existing Conditions” includes data on demographics, housing, income and employment, and transportation and mobility along the El Camino Real corridor. The housing toolkit is designed as an information sharing mechanism that supports the El Camino Real jurisdiction in GBI’s housing efforts. The remaining chapters, “Programs & Policies,” “Funding Mechanisms,” and “Best Practices,” are under review and once approved will also be available online.
