On October 17, Get Healthy San Mateo County (GHSMC) funded partners and other organizations convened at the 2024 GHSMC Forum to share highlights, challenges and successes. The event showcased a shared commitment to lifting communities and centering equity through systems change. Health Officer, Dr. Kismet Baldwin-Santana delivered a welcome address, followed by SMC Health Staff sharing the program history. Presenters spoke on economic mobility, food systems, employment pipelines, youth engagement and other topics.
