The neighborhoods where young people and their families live, learn and play can act as both barriers and opportunities to success. The CCCS initiative aims to better understand the strengths of neighborhoods, identify and fill gaps, and build on existing opportunities to support youth. Systems, programs and dynamics are unique in each neighborhood and CCCS takes a place-based approach to identifying and addressing the needs of our communities.
