We are pleased to announce that the community action plans for East Palo Alto and Daly City are now complete! Each plan was co-created with hundreds of young people, family members and engaged, active community champions. Thank you to all who participated! Please share these plans widely and let us know if we can present to any groups you think would be interested in understanding how to support children’s success in these neighborhoods. Our Community Champions are also poised to present or share information on the findings of the action plans. We also have the action plan summaries in five languages.
