Board of Supervisors Adopts Rent Freeze
The Board of Supervisors continues to show leadership to protect tenants in San Mateo County during the public health and economic crises. They adopted a temporary countywide moratorium on rent increases for residential units that is in effect until May 31, 2020 and they extended the residential eviction moratorium through the end of June.
