In July, a group of community and agency partners gathered to kick off a new voting project. The goals are to increase voting education, access, and engagement for young people. The group includes youth-serving CBOs, Probation, educators, foster care leaders, and community members. The group aims to inspire young people to become civically-engaged through voting and will develop lessons and other materials to help young voters understand how, when, and why to vote.
