The Sempervirens Fund recently launched the Trails Rx program. Trails Rx builds on Park Rx by providing physicians and patients with details about trails in four State Parks in the Santa Cruz mountains. Two of these are located in San Mateo County, Butano and Ano Nuevo State Parks. The Trails Rx website provides trail information, including the physical and mental health benefits of walking the trails and engaging in nature therapy.
