On January 28, the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) SDOH work group co-hosted an event with El Concilio of San Mateo at the PHCC. The collaborative met at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center in San Mateo. Participants enjoyed lunch together and received training on SDOH. They also learned about the CHIP SDOH work group, and shared insights on CBO screening practices.
