Strategies for Improving Food & Physical Activity Environments
The Get Healthy San Mateo Task Force published its strategies to make the healthy option the easiest option for all in the Strategies for Improving Food & Physical Activity Environments document. This toolkit builds upon the Prevention of Childhood Obesity Blueprint, adopted five years ago, and reaffirms the Task Force's commitment to preventing childhood obesity in San Mateo County. Join us for the document release on September 13, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The celebration will be held in Redwood City at Redwood Shores Library, located at 399 Marine World Pkwy. Supervisor Rose Jacobs-Gibson will be present to launch and introduce the new strategies. Download the document
