The 2008-2009 Evaluation Report describes how funds have been allocated by the Task Force, summarizes evaluation data (Appendix 1), identifies progress made in meeting Blueprint objectives and activities not outlined in the Blueprint (Appendix 2), and provides quantitative data on the status of overweight, underweight and healthy behavior among children in the county (Appendix 3).
